1070 TI low performance

Hello Guys, just finished updated my setup with AMD  3600 and Gigabyte Aorus Pro B450. My GPU is 1070TI by Palit Dual and prior to upgrading my CPU I was attributing my low performance in certain games (like WoW) to the I5-6500, however I just run a pass mark test I got some funky results on my GPU, which apparently has below average performance in certain workloads.

 

In Zandalar (WoW) my GPU  is hitting 100%, 80-83C and i'm getting around 57-62 FPS on 2560x1980 Ultra settings

 

CPU - Ryzen 3600

GPU - 1070 TI Palit Dual
Memory - OCed from 2666 to 2933

BoMo - Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro

I have OCed the boost clock to 1847 MHz

Memory clock is 8008 MHz

 

I ran the test prior to the OC and I got a bit worst results

System up to date, including BIOS

What tests should I run to determine that?

1847mhz is exceptionally low for pascal. even my 1080ti will run 2ghz+, are you sure you're not thermal throttling

Mate I just checked the Palit website, the base clock of the card should be 1607MHz

Hey let me try to help you out;

 

I had an ASUS 1070 Ti Turbo and I also play WoW..

But you should be aware that WoW is a game that is more CPU intensive than GPU intensive.

 

Im running a 2080 Ti & 8700K and even at lower resolutions than you (2560x1440) I’m getting like 120 FPS in Boralus.

 

Its not that my 2080 Ti is slow but rather because my 8700K is doing all the work.

GPU Temp, GPU  Usage, BUS Usage, Core Clock, Fan Speed
Memory Usage, Memory clock.

I have disabled the OC, as it was  pemt throttling even more

I have also set to max performance all power options, both in windows and Nvidia Control Pannel
