AIOs shouldn’t evaporate at all.  They’re sealed.  They also often don’t have water in them.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

They do evaporate, but it takes years. Most are not *easily* refillable. Most will need the cold plate to be removed to refill. They are really made to just be replaced rather than refilled.

You could remove the cold plate, drain and refill with distilled water and a simple biocide.
