Beginner Gaming/Streaming Build

Looking to create a Streaming/Gaming machine to do 3 Eve Online accounts while streaming on twitch. Also my daughter wants to have her own stream for games so we going to try it out together. This is the build that I am thinking,

Already have Vivo 3+1 Monitor Arm for all 4 monitors to mount to as well.

 

Not really worried about monitor bottlenecking fps as I not playing AAA first-person shooter. Might upgrade the monitors later on, but looking for a starter build to learn and just have fun on older games.

Should be fine whether you want to stream with NVENC or CPU x264.

I would like to stay around $1000-1250 dollars US, I have a micro center nearby town so that helps with choices.

better mobo, gpu and psu for the same price. if you have $100 more, go for a rx5700.
