Usually when the issue is completely unknown like this that ends up being the solution but things like flushing DNS, resetting the TCP network stack, and reinstalling the network driver are troubleshooting options if they fail though I don't know anything else to try besides a OS re-install.

And yeah there's a lot you can do tinkering with GNU/Linux.

Sh*t well now I don't know what to do :(

Those are trash. Better to get a PCI-E network adapter. You find some for $30.

You could also do that or use a PCIE or USB ethernet adapter

I have to admit I've not seen this happen before. I can't even guess what the real problem is now but yeah try a AIC NIC or USB NIC (I'd opt for PCI_e before trying USB).

is your pc allowing you to obtain a ip address through DHCP at all?

possibly try a static ip address to see if  that would even connect to the internet

Few  things you can do if not done already:

Do the netsh commands and reset the DNS/DHCP./ipstack/etc.

Disable IPv6 on NIC and router

Make the NIC IP static

Make sure that on the router side you do not have assigned/reserved IP

Time to pull out the MB CD for drivers, try that and not windows drivers for the NIC.

One thing I did not see, when did this issue start?

Any events after which you found this?, like a thunder storm, a physical move of the PC and things like that.

And Dude... all the pics you have are for Win7 and NOT win10 drivers...Nothing else may work other than Win 10 drivers.

Okay I have done everything to the Mobo cd which I don't have being that it's second hand. This started after windows updated from the 14-15th and yes those drivers say windows 7 it's a Mobo from 2010 (X58) windows 10 drivers don't exist. Its been working with windows 10 for a good while now.

Maybe it has something to do with support ending for Windows 7. The drivers might need something that was removed when windows 7 support ended
