How much is the Gigabyte Gaming OC or Powercolor Red Devil ? The Sapphire is a good card but it is usually one of the more expensive versions.

yeah sapphire is one of the more expensive ones, been told by a lot of people it's the best rx 5700 card though

Gigabyte makes really good and reliable cards.  the fans are great.  I overclock by 10%+ with my gigabyte rx590.  I think that is worth the extra investment.

It is. Or at least it’s tied with a few other high end cards. “Best” is very relative with GPUs, since even the worst cards tend to have very similar GPU performance to the best ones, but in terms of a high quality low noise cooler, Sapphire Nitro+ is excellent.

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X | Thermalright Le Grand Macho RT | ASUS ROG Strix X470-F | 16GB G.Skill Trident Z RGB @3400MHz | EVGA RTX 2080S XC Ultra | EVGA GQ 650 | HP EX920 1TB / Crucial MX500 500GB / Samsung Spinpoint 1TB | Cooler Master H500M

It is one of the best but it might not be worth the price depending on the others I mentioned. Where Country/Store are you buying from ?
