If you have it tied to your Microsoft account then it's pretty easy and you just login with your Microsoft account during the install process and it transfers over no issue.

I did this (with a Windows 7 key which upgraded to Windows 10) and it worked fine.

You likely have to contact Adobe to transfer to key, if you can't do that yourself.

The hole godly thing is messed up. It’s a family computer filled with bloat ware and has got issues with the graphics card that I wasn’t able to solve. Before giving up completely on it, I’m gonna try a reinstall (probably keep the old one while I transfer files) and started right now with preparing for transferring
