Gaming Seat

HI Guys

 

 

I am sick of buying office chairs from officeworks none of them seam to be sturdy enough for gaming they move around too much. 

I mostly play flight simulator and racing titles. I really want something that won't move around too much. Also I live in Australia so not everything is available down here.

 I am 188 cm tall 82 kg.

The office chairs I've bought have all been excellent. Are you buying expensive multi way adjustable chairs?

just the leather ones worth around $100-150

I grabbed the Blue Racer Chair and the only issue I've had is that the padding is wearing out after a year.

Buy a car seat off ebay, early 90's luxury car seat maybe, with adjustable back possibly and make a metal frame to be the legs, or get someone to make the frame to whatever you want it to be, swivel, etc. It would last longer than any office chair because office chairs frames are wood & a car one is metal.

This is my seat. Bought used for $40 USD. I haven't built my frame yet. It's comfortable except for the lack of a headrest since a headrest would block a helmet.
