Antivirus vs Antispyware?

I have Webroot through Bestbuy, when I installed it into my new computer it warred me that I didn't have any antispyware installed. Do I need Antispyware? Isn't Windows 10 basically spyware anyways? Should I ditch Webroot and go with an Antivirus that comes with Antispyware or should I get another program of Antispyware? In all this what Antispyware should I go with if any?

If you do not download r open any sketchy email or softwares you are fine.

 

But windows defender is not the best one.

I have malwarebytes, its free and its pretty good.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
