@RadiatingLight I have this aio https://www.amazon.com/240-V2-Technology-Waterblock-Controller/dp/B07QPNP4VP/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=aio+deepcool&qid=1578876908&sr=8-2 that i got for 69.99 and it has fan mounts on the other side but it only included fan screws for one side. Do they sell screws that would allow me to put 2 more fans on the other side?

Screws might be hard to find, but you can just use two screws per fan (on opposite corners) and mount four fans that way.

I have a 240mm aio and was wondering if i put 2 more fans on the other side if it would make it preform better.

Yes, it would increase airflow and make the radiator perform slightly better, but it won't be a dramatic difference. Maybe a few degrees at most.

It will make a difference, but usually not enough to justify the cost of the fans.

I have some 120mm fans laying around.

You can try, but its only going to work well if all the fans are matched.

If you end up putting more powerful fans pulling from the old ones, it will stress the original fans and be louder as they fight each other.  If you end up putting weaker ones on they will actually DECREASE the airflow as the originals fans airflow will be trying to push past the new ones lower performance.

Do they sell mounting screws? The cooler only came with 8. Should i put the fans both blowing into the case or out? The aio is in the front.

Most AIO employs thin ratiators with low to decent fin density, which implies the pressure drop gradient is very small. Sandwiching a radiator (push and pull config) usually makes more sense in performance for thick radiators.
