HDD Problems

I posted a while back that my 4TB Black Western Digital Hard Drive was making loud noises whenever it was accessed (audio clip attached). I think my product is still in warranty. Would they do something about this? 'Cause everyday I get more concerned using it. I mean, I have these crappy Rosewill fans that came with my PC case, and the friggin' Hard Drive somehow manages to be louder than them!

you have important files inside the hard drive? if yes, then backup those files and RMA that disk.

Yeah, but no problem. I backed 'em up to a smaller HDD that I found lying around.
