4k Graphics Card

Hello everyone,

 

I am planning on upgrading my PC. Right now I have a GTX 1080 with an i7-4770K and 16GB RAM. I want to upgrade it because it performs not very well in 4k games. So what card should I get or should I upgrade my CPU? (Budget max. 1000€, I live in Germany). I thought of getting an RTX 2080 but I don't know if there is a big difference.

Try and find a used 2080 ti maybe on Amazon

eBay works but I don't know if there is eBay in Germany, if there is I recomend it because there is a lot of buyer protection

With your budget you could probably get a new one to, try selling the 1080 as it is still worth alot.

I suggest waiting for the RTX 3000 series which should release this year, getting reasonable FPS at 4K/High is too expensive right now and would probably disappoint you for the amount of money you're paying.
