Hi,

I have a problem i think, i cant see my temp anywhere on any software except Speccy. but i dont trust speccy because the temps are so high, or it is the broken sensor?

I have custom water cooling (photos down below) and i tested with 2 other coolers and its stays the same.

i wanted to edit my video, but i also want to check the temps when i am rendering, because its satisfying. (i dont know why but yes)

My screen turns black after 10 - 20 minutes of rendering, i dont know what the cause of that is, maybe overheating? i get error code 8 on the motherboard LED when my screen turns black and the pc does nothing, but pc is still on.

I still have warranty on the CPU.

Need more info? just ask no problem.

Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1800X

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 msi

MOBO:  Asus ROG CROSSHAIR VI EXTREME

RAM: 16.0GB DDR4 3000Mhz

PSU: 1000W cooler master

Computer is on idle in the picture below. When rendering it shoots up to the 90s or higher.

Personally I would always trust Ryzen master, if you were still looking for temperature monitoring options.

Are you on the latest BIOS?

The Ryzen 1800X can report a temperature of +20C higher than it is (https://techreport.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=119426) Some monitoring tools know about this, others don't.

Also Speccy shouldn't be used as a monitoring tool since it's not meant to be one.

i dont see any temps from the cpu in the sensor part only HDD mobo and gpu

update the bios to latest, and get a new pump there is no way your pump has enough power to push through 4 rads with good enough flow rate. also every radiator should have a fan on it.

as i can see no i have 1 year old bios and the latest is 2 weeks ago

This post is quite a while ago, but someone experienced the same Q-Code, which a BIOS update fixed.

Of course it's very possible you're at a (much) newer BIOS at this point, but it still might be worth it.

But I would still check the temps with either Ryzen master or HWInfo64.
