Random Freezes and Black Screen

GA-H81M-DS2

Core i3-4160
8gb 1600mhz RAM
700w PSU generic
GTX 1050ti

2 HDD's

Hello, I'm new here
I have a problem, my PC would sometimes freeze into some random colors but mostly black screens. It happens randomly and even during bios.
My PSU is pretty old, all other parts are a year old.
