The first time it would not post did you have your monitor connected to your GPU?

Oops, now I read/see this. Make sure the GPU is seated good and your power connections are good. If that does not work see if you can try a different GPU if available.

We realized that the Mobo needs an extra atx 12V 4 pin connector that my power supply doesn't have could that be the problem?

No. That connector is not necessary, mostly you using it for extreme overclocking.
Is your gpu connected properly to psu?

Also what you can try is to unplug gpu and connect monitor to the motherboard, your cpu have igpu so it should be able to post, if it’ll post that’s mean there is problem with your gpu

@Whiro tag or quote will do the trick

Steam Deck OLED 512gb , all other pc’s are gone

Will be helpful to know what beeps is giving. It may be cpu or ram or mobo itself

I moved it up a pcie slot into the top one and it works now for some reason so I'm not sure if it's a faulty pcie slot or because you have to use the top one first

Top one is usually priority one , but it should work on both of them tbh
