Is the intel AC 9560 a good WiFi adapter for online gaming?

My brother has the zephyrus 17” and has been complaining about packet loss in War Thunder, and I’m wondering if the WiFi card in it should be replaced. I played a different game on the laptop and had lag spikes. My router is the Netgear orbi with one of the extenders.
