I've seen some people with the   thingies today.

Have you tried clearing all the cookies and caches and etc.

I cant post without replying to someone elses post, and everytime I try to reply it gives me all that text in the picture above.

Have you tried disabling code mode? 
 

Looks like you have HTML mode enabled.

This.

Disable HTML code mode. 

It's the grey box that looks like a light switch in the top left corner of the reply box. All the other buttons should be greyed out while it's on.

When you make a post/topic, there is a little light switch in the top left corner.
