OnePlus Question

Selix

Hey so, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I had a question about OnePlus and the phones.

I've been wanting to upgrade to the Oneplus 7 Pro for a while now and there's a fairly good discount atm. I've technically got a budget of 1000 but I really don't wanna spend that much on a phone and a OP 7 Pro for 600 seems perfect, but I've seen a lot of bad reviews about problems with customer service and issues with the phones.

I don't know how common these issues actually are though, not to mention that I'm not planning to get a protection plan and I'm gonna be putting it in a sturdy case so I don't expect to need their customer service anyways. But should I be worried still? Thank you for any responses

Keep in mind that a lot of people don't start threads just to say that everything is fine. I've had my OP5 since July 2017 and I've never had an issue with it, and I don't really anticipate replacing it this year either. I heard about the support thing but figured I would be savvy enough to make simple fixes on my own if I had to.

I had the OP3 for 3.5 years and just upgraded to the OP 7 Pro. I've had zero issues with both. As long as you take care of the phone it will last for years issue free

Why not wait? MWC is only a month and a bit away.

I've had my oneplus phone for the better part of 2 months now and so far it has been flawless, I would definitely recommend them to people.

I use the 7T Pro for reference. 7 Pro would offer the exact same experience imo, the differences are marginal at best

I also have the OP7P. Had it since July of 2019 and it's been flawless. No complaints whatsoever!
