Not sure if this is a trusted site, because I've never heard of it before, but I see these headphones are 20% off the normal ~$250 price tag. 

Also, not sure if this is US only or not.

I've been "watching" them for a little while and they were at 187$ pretty much everytime I looked in the last months, IIRC. Why would they be 298$ on Amazon when the retail price from Sennheiser themsevles is 250$?

It goes up and down in price. Good deal though, I paid $250 for mine and they were worth it at that price!
