Ok so with the stock cooler it's normal that your temps go into the 80's C when under load. But 90C is too hot, if you have some thermal paste available I would change it. If you still have the issue, I suggest to change the CPU cooler for an affordable one like an entry level Cooler Master air cooler.

Have you verified the temp with another software? Speedfans sensor naming can be confusing, so, since you are at idle, it might be faulty mobo sensor instead of actual CPU sensor. Your GPU and System temps are oddly low too. I don't think they are accurate either unless you have sub-20C room temp.
