  1. I bought a i7-9700k on ebay to replace my i3-9100, I could not get the pc to boot with the i7. It works fine with the i3. When trying to boot the mobo lights flash to the cpu led indicator then quickly switches to the vga led and stays there. The rest of the computer runs, like the fans and lights but it doesn't boot with the i7. I disconnected the gpu and tried to run the pc off the integrated graphics to no avail. I'm thinking it's a power supply issue. I have a 500w Smart Thermaltake psu, and the mobo has an extra 4 pin 12v cpu connector that I never plugged a cable into. The d-tier psu, vg

  3. So I just cleaned out my computer for the first time in 2 years and I decided to take a look at my cpu temps, I noticed it goes to around 89C, I turned my fan speed to 100% for a few minutes and nothing happened. Should repaste my cpu or buy a new cooler? Thanks
