Is it really better to go with gtx 770 instead of r9770x?

 

The 770 is around the same as the 280X, while being cheaper. The 770 will outperform the 270X by quite a bit

I'm going with gtx660 because here is more expensive...so 940Euro is fine with this specs:

What about the i5-3570K? If I get that I can get a 212 evo cooler too..

Quite easy. You'd have to be very, very foolish to harm your system

For gaming, it's quite worse than what I recommended.

Just compare benchmarks for the 770 and 270x.
