did you try switching the battery settings to "High Performance" rather than "Balanced"?

 

Also, try gaming while the charger is plugged in. When I game on my laptop at LAN parties it tends to stutter every time my laptop is on battery power and not plugged in.

I have an MSI GE620DX as my laptop for 2 years now and it has always been like that ever since.
