If you're referring to the integrated graphics, I don't think It'd be playable or even worth considering. For titles like Modern Warfare a discrete GPU is the way to go.

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K | GPU: GTX 1080Ti | Case: Corsair 750D Airflow | Motherboard: ASUS Maximus Formula VI | RAM: 16GB Vengeance Pro | PSU: Corsair AX860

SSD/HDD(s): SAMSUNG 850 EVO 120GB, SAMSUNG PM830 256GB, SEAGATE 6TB | Optical Drive: Sony Optiarc AD-5280S CB-PLUS

actually it wasn't even that demanding considering it release way back in 2007, i think he can easily play it at 1080p high/med with stable 60fps.

My old laptop with the Radeon 5470 was capable of playing it (referring to original Modern Warfare) at 720P and High settings. The UHD 620 should do much better.

With a Intel UHD 620 u will get at the lowest settings possible (without editin any config files) around 1-11 FPS.

my GTX 1060 6gb hits anywhere between 30 and 100 fps on high settings. i doubt it would even be usable on integrated graphics i'm afraid
