My pc is slow!!!

hi guys! been noticing my pc is running quite slow recently? ive tried trouble shooting (cleaning my hdd, reset cmos, update drivers (gpu and cpu)) but cant seem to speed it up, launching an application takes ages but read/write doesnt seem to be that bad?

ryzen 3 1300x

rx 570 8gb armor

8gb ddr4 ram

1 tb barracuda hdd

 any ideas would be much appreciated ! thanks

You're pulling from a hard drive with your OS on it as well, compared to an SSD it's going to take much longer

yes, but this is an issue thats only started in about the past week maybe? i did mess around with priority setting not sure if that wouldve caused it?

How full is your hard-drive exactly?

have you done any malware scans? malware is a very common cause of sudden slow downs.
