I have no idea if its possible but it seems like it should be. Im wondering if i can chnage the fan from intake to outtake without flipping it. I wanted to add 3 RGB fans to the bottom of my case but they dont have all the RGB visible and wants the point in that if you cant see it. Im sure its fine that i can have them intake and have the I/O Cooler just blow out the top. It just seems like i should be able to do this.

That's only because you don't understand how things work at the electrical level. This is to say, no PC mobo supports such a thing.

computer fans only spin a single direction

you'll notice the blades of a fan are not symetrical as well. so even if the motor spun backwards it would work very poorly because the shape of the blade is only made to spin a single direction.

it's the same as a boat propeller where it's made to move a boat forward and just kinda sort of move it backwards if needed but it's not very efficient.
