well the cpu isn't very fast from the looks of it. kinda depends on how the system is loaded when the games are running. 

Basically if your cpu isn't overloaded right now while playing those it could be ok.

That's true, but it's also nothing to be scared of. There always will be a component in your sistem that's at 100% while others aren't depending on the application. There isn't such a thing as a perfectly balanced system.

Bottlenecking should only be used in extreme cases, like pairing an old i3 with a 2080ti.
