OnePlus 7 Pro stuck on bootloader!

Hey guys! I need help. 

So, using this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P7wODIxV_a0

I was trying to root my OnePlus 7 pro. Once he got to the step where he installed the twrp, and afterwards he did fastboot reboot, on my phone, it's stuck on bootloader screen. 

I don't know how to fix it. Any ideas?
