So  like many others I was caught up in the hype of the PowerColour 5700Xt red Devil,  I just had to get myself one, For 3 months I saved and finally came the day I got my own  5700XT Red Devil, I was already running a AMD system so not much was need to do other than pop it in, install the drivers direct from PowerColour and play all my games, And that where the Shit hits the fan, Almost immediately Games I had played for months all started to crash, ,so I  updated the AMD Adrenaline to 2020 and this made things worse, I cant get Project cars 2  to play for more than a minute without the PC been forced to crash & restart, Sometimes the fans on the card will hit 100% speed for no reason in second and stay like this till I reboot, I'm running with a 2700X, 15gb G-Skill trident Z Royals at 3200mhz, PSU is a corsair RM850X, Mobo Aorus X470 GAMING 7 WIFI,  So I know I all my hardware is good, If I try to play any game in the cards default OC mode switch they all crash or Artefact. I've updated everything I possible could on this pc to make this card work and all  get is PC crashing  and forced reboots, And thing is as soon as I put my Strix RX480 back in to the same build everything is fine again, Is there something I'm doing wrong here? I just cant work it out, I even took out all the cable extensions just to rule out a bad cable and still the same, its like it has a missing thermal pads or a really bad contact on GPU dye but I'm not going to mess with anything with the card so I don't void the warranty,  it really sickens me off because I've owned this card a month and yet not enjoy it, Has anyone else had issues like this with this card

Nah you've just experienced the wonders of 5700 xt! You've said that the GPU artifacts, does it artifact in normal non OC mode? Are temps and especially VRAM temps under normal? I don't know if RMA card will do much on the driver/crashing/black screen issue, i would switch to 2070 super if you can.

It Artefact in OC mode but not Silent mode, And no matter what mode I have it in I cant play Project cars 2 that says on the Adrenaline page its fully compatible with this card and the rest of my hardware, I've had a lot of AMD cards and Nvidia cards and never come across a card that has this many issues out of the Box.

I did this already, and same result, I've even swapped the card in to my other AMD pc running on a 2600 and still the same pc force restarts all the time

RMA it if its not driver related problems. If that was normal 5700XT behavior, no reviewer would not have recommended it.

DDU is display driver uninstaller. Use that in safe mode to remove old drivers.

Ok I will do this because I was running a AMD Strix Rx480 so thought All would be good, I will give this a try and let you know  if any changes

That sounds exactly like a power delivery problem... As soon as the GPU ramps up to try and render something, the power draw spikes, and the PSU can't deliver, so everything fails.

Try only turning the power limit slider to -50% when on the OC mode, and see if that changes anything. If it stabilizes, then your PSU is at fault.
