CPU OR GPU UPGRADE

I have an i7 4790k paried with a gtx 1070 and 16 gb (1600) ram

Should I upgrade to an r5 3600x,MSI B450 mortar MAX and 16 gb (3200) ram and keep gpu or ( all in 533.27)

upgrade gtx 1070 to msi rtx 2060 super and keep cpu (all in 428.99}

or msi tri frozer gtx 2070 all in 419.99

Upgrade your CPU but go for the 3600 instead of the 3600X, you can easily clock the 3600 to match or beat the X. If you get the X you're literally just paying for a letter.
