One ui 2.0 Rom

Hey guys! I'm trying to turn my OnePlus 7 Pro into a Samsung Galaxy S10, software wise at lease. @huilun02 recommended that if I wanted full One Ui, I should probably get a custom Rom. I have two questions though:

1. How do I install a Rom?
2. Is there a One UI 2.0 Rom for the OnePlus 7 Pro?

Installing a shitty and resource heavy skinned UI like "One UI" defeats the whole purpose of buying a OP phone. Check XDA to see there is a port for it (but its highly unlikely)
