I have a problem with a new pc I am building.

Compenents:
AMD R5 3600 (Cpu)
AMD Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 5700 XT (Gpu)
Asus prime B450-plus (Motherboard)
Meshify C (Case)
Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000 MHz (2x 8Gb) (Ram)
Corsair RM750 x (psu)
2x 1 Tb HDD
240 Gb SSD

Problem:
When I turn it on the fans start spining and the motherbord and graphics card lights up. there is no power to the USB's and no signal to display port and hdmi.

What we have tried:
We have tried booting without ram and with an other ram kit (from a working pc).
We have tried switching graphics card to a gtx 1060, and we have switched cpu with a AMD 2600.
We have replaced the motherbord to an other one of the same model.

Any form of help would be greatly appreciated

That motherboard has aura sync.  I know nothing about aura synch other than it occasionally causes problems with some things.

does the motherboard have a light system for debugging?  Many do.  If this is the case your manual may have suggestions.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

The 2600 should work, with a graphics card of course

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad
