My pc is slowing down how to fix it

.My rig is:

Ryzen 7 2700x

Msi b450 tomahwak

Msi Rtx 2070 armor 8g oc

Crucial ballistix 2x8 gb 2400mhz

Transcend m.2 ssd 240 gb main drives

Kingston 240 gb ssd

Seagate barracuda 1 tb

Bitfenix whisper 650w 80+ gold

Aigo dr12 fan

 

The problem is:

I started to have fps issue on many games like pubg i use to run at 144 fps smoothly now i lose 10 fps idk why thoigh and have like some micro stuttering

DDU gpu drivers and reinstall those

 

Try and overclock your memory up to 3000
