Probable security breach please help

Marcelo Delicia

So ive been getting a few warning over the past month or so about my accounts getting breached but i mostly ignored it because they were accounts that i didnt use

like Netflix, Uplay and Epic Games Store accounts. And no important account like the email itself or steam seems to have been compromised.

Can someone explain if this is like a weak password problem or a security breach in the computer itself and i should maybe format it or something.

I dont really know if i should do anything or what i should do. Please help!

I'm assuming you don't use any type of password manager?

Same password or same group of passwords for all these sites?

Better start changing that up.

At the very least after changing your password run eset online scanner and malwarebytes just to make sure your computer isn't compromised in any way.

What do the results mean?

That your email has been involved in security breaches of those accounts.

You should always have multiple passwords; important (bank info, paypal, etc), semi-important (steam, facebook, youtube), and regular (school, store site, etc)

Whenever you get a password breach, change it immediately. And do the same with all site that share that password.
