Did you install the 7570 as the PC was on? Also, when you turn your PC on, do the fans spin at max, normal, or not at all?

Remove both gpu ( ;) with the power off) and use the integrated graphics to boot into safe mode. Use Control Panel to uninstall all gpu drivers. Reboot. Then shutdown, insert one of gpu and switch the monitor, then boot.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

everything is working fine and the fans are running but ny scree is freacking green and black

I think that its something to do with the connection, maybe either the dvi cable or the sockets are broken. check the pins. I can see ESO in the background ;) Was playing that game till 3am in the morning yesterday night lol, it's not skyrim but it is awesome

K lemme just get this straight, you had a 7570 at first and after this you also installed the 7970 which caused it not to work correct? So you removed 7570 and still the 7970 didn't work? correct??? Sorry it's not very clear to me what you did. Could you please correct me or just give a better explanation

Have you tried manually uninstalling the gpu drivers? this includes all the drivers for the gpu.
