Is this graphics card connector broken?

Recently bought a nvidia gtx 1060 on ebay for a good deal. When looking at it i notice a flaw that i didnt see in the display picture or atleast dont remember.

 

Ill post a picture, it looks lije a pin is broken? Is this normal? I have never noticed this if it is.

Alright thanks i just never noticed this before, honestly should of looked at my other card but didnt feel like taking it out lol
