Aida64 FPU stress test

I decided to try the aida64 stress test on ny r5 2600x to see how my wraith prism would handle it. A split second after I started the FPU (not cpu) stress test, my cpu temp jumped to 80c and the fan ramped up to 100%. I stopped it right after because the bios gave me a temperature warning beep. Should this be cause for concern? Just double checking.

FPU stress in AIDA64 is like Prime95 smallFFT: Unrealistic load and temps for extreme worst case temperature testing, real world temps are usually 20C lower.
