Circle 400w power supply

 

planning to buy GTX 1660 Super and CM MWE 550 or CM Masterwatt Lite 600

is it ok to use H110m for GTX 1660 Super or should i buy a new motherboard please suggest

The motharboard is OK, but the CPU would bottleneck and the PSU you plan on buying isn't a recommended unit.

I say the Cooler Master is o.k. and sufficient for the task, both of it.

Tier B and above, eventually Tier C.

Also, you can try oc on even the H110m... Well, you'd lose C-states and HT, but the latter doesn't apply to the 7400 anyway.

no further plans, ill be just replacing whole system after few years

Just get your buddy a used Vega 56/ GTX 1070. They go fr around $200 in the used market. Got a 1070 for $175 last week, so yeah. If you hv a strict budget, then you can go with an rx580 too. They go around for about $100 in the used market.

Also upgrade that PSU to something like a cx550.
