Gpu memory doesnt run full speed

So the gpu at performace mode runs at 2000mhz which is 2000 times 4 is 8000mhz and on the specification it says 8400mhz which is 2100 times 4. 

Is this a big problem.

I cant find any XFX RX 580 that runs anything other than 2000MHz on the memory

I believe later models received that bump, the first cards should have 1545MHz core and 2000MHz memory only. This explains the VBIOS situation

There's two different models (e.g. NITRO+ RX 590 8G G5 SE and NITRO+ RX 590 8G G5).

 

Sapphires own page contradicts itself, if you switch languages.

English page says 8400, German page says 8000. I suspect only the SE (Special Edition) has 8400 MHz.

On the website i bought it on says that effective speed is 8400mhz which is 2100mhz times 4
