CORSAIR®, a world leader in high-performance gaming peripherals and enthusiast components, is pleased to announce that it has agreed to acquire high-performance controller pioneer SCUF Gaming “SCUF®” and its extensive patent portfolio. The transaction is expected to complete within the next 30 days.


Hasn't been finalized yet, but it's due to complete in the next month or so, this goes on along with their other acquisitions of Origin PC and Elgato
