Router page is unreachable after multiple failed attempts.

sweatboi

Router Model: ZTE F602W

So today I was trying to login to my router for some unrelated reason and I couldn't login. I use a password manager so there was nothing wrong with my id or password, my router's page has a captcha, so I thought, that was the problem and after a couple of failed attempts.. boom, I could not reach the login page.
So I reset my router, contacted my ISP and for some reason they can set the username and password for my router (how is that even possible?) and they sent me a new one. But Im still unable to login via my PC, but I can access and login via my phone.

Looking at the router's log, It says "failed to login repeatedly and it was locked." Do you guys know how to remove the lock or how long it will be?

This is the log:  log_file.log (My PC's ip was 192.168.1.3)

Can you find a list of locked ups's in the router settings somewhere and unban your desktop? Since you mentioned your phone works this might be worth a shot.
