I am new to overclocking and picked up a new system for next to nothing and I am trying to overclock a 1300x. I seem to have achieved 3.9ghz at 1.325 volts, running aida64 for ten minutes without any hiccups temps seem to level out at 64°c with spikes up 70°c. Just looking for tips and to know if I'm not going to kill the system!

You could oc to 4.0ghz if you lucky. Only way killing the system is to burn the processor, by cpu reaching over 100c or putting too high voltages (over 1.4 Volts, likely will not kill the system, but you never know)

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Increase another 100mhz, if stable, continue until unstable or you cannot mitigate the heat.  Add more voltage until its stable, or you cannot mitigate the heat.  Don't go over 1.4vCore (I have on my 1700 but only to see if I could get higher clocks to post)
