Que? Just run the diagnostic to test the ram

Memory leak are software issue, when some software doesn't release memory it has allocated and it slowly eats more and more RAM, leaving nothing for other apps, you can't fix that but you can see if some software are indeed uses too much memory and kill\restart it so it'll start eating your RAM from the scratch.

Windows memory diagnostic are tool that checks for hardware RAM failure, and it's not very reliable at that, MemTest86 would be more appropriate tool, but issues OP are having doesn't look like it's caused by faulty RAM, it will not hurt to check it tho anyway.

You only encounter this issue when playing a particular game right?

Indeed, Julaar.

The symptoms described are more likely due to either overheating or instabilities in voltage, if it is due to the hardware. Usually the  Seasonic 550W should do fine unless it's faulty or dying.

The Rtx 2060 does have 2x  PCIe, 1x 8pins and 1x 6pins?!

I'm aware its a software issue it happened to me when playing HoTS and running this diagnostic seemed to cure the memory issue I was experiencing

If the first one that might be actually the problem with PSU, it has known problems with some GPUs, not exactly the way you described but still, i can't think of anything else. Assuming you did update all your drivers to latest ones as it's obvious solution. Do you have access to any other 450+W PSU (better if some brand-name atleast, 80+ Bronze and up, no OEM stuff) to test it ?

I use the GX/FX 550W i think the first one. Already installed all the driver (Fresh install windows)

FX and GX are different models. FX are problematic, GX are not. If you have FX then i suggest you to contact Seasonic, they will send you modified cables they are trying to fix issues with, maybe it will help.

Oh its GX from the box. Thanks. maybe i will try to use this setup without think more about the fps. Its already stable without stuttering. Thats enough. already ask someone tho, csgo problem after new update. I think i will try use for non multi player to see the performance

I just found some web called gpucheck after keyword at google "Ryzen 5 2600 RTX 2060" I saw that cpu impact to fps (20%) -21 fps. Thats different if i change to gtx 1060 its only -1fps. I dont know i can believe that web or not. But i thought that can explained stability of my gaming experience

Believing Webs can be wrong..

Because the testsystem isn't always detailed..
Is he using 3600Mhz DDR4 or 2400Mhz,... can be a big difference in certain situations,.. this is why its annoying to use webbased results that are not too specific on test setups...

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Hmmm i thought my problem is my ram speed at 2666mhz. Ryzen needs so much ram. So you're right, cant relate to web...

Ok, I see some obvious gaps in what hasbeen asked here. So let's start from the beginning.

Is this happening in all games or just one? What is the game?

Are you overclocking any of your components?

What version of the 2060 do you have. Brand/model, etc.

Did you do a clean install of windows with this new build?

Have you checked your gpu temps when this occurs? What are they?

In the past few weeks I feel like I've seen 2 other posts like this with a very similar setup and in both cases it was throttling on the gpu side due to heat. That might not the case here, but without a full picture it is just guess work at this point.

Some games have a unstable framerate. I dont know if its only my high expectation but the reality is different. So im upset, everything i see is unstable.

(Too expect something too high)

CSGO it can dropped from 250 to 150.. then jump to 200 again. So many fps jump - It refers to game optimization, already asking someone who use i7 7700 and 1060 6gb. this day, csgo is kinda like that.

No overclocking. GALAX RTX 2060 6GB 1click OC

Already fresh installed. Bcause last time, driver conflict. Now better without any stuttering. Only high fps jump

Gpu temp: 70c-83c (83 is the max temp)

*Sorry for my bad english.

Try getting msi afterburner and setting a custom fan profile that goes to 100% fan speed at 80c.

83c is one of the soft throttle points and a hard throttle happens at 88c.

So if it is dropping the clock speed by 125mhz or so when the temps hits 82 or 83c then it could very well cause some decent performance dips.

If you set a custom fan profile you should be able to keep temps under 80c pretty easy. If not then your case air flow is bad

Default fan from case is okay? Or i need to change it? Because i only use my default fan. Hmmm is it okay if i full speed fan?

Yes. I would actually start by setting the gpu fan to 100% and seeing what temps max out at in games. You will also be able to see if the frame drops occur still.

I think thats kinda stable. Only 130-200fps. Its stable i think. 70c highest temp at competitive setting... all low. But its better than before. Wait i have screenshot. My bad tho no cpu usage i will check next time. Here is what i can give right now.
