External hard drive auto backup setup?

Hello! I'm thinking about buying an external hard drive to backup all of my audio and other data i use while working on music production. Perhaps you can recommend me some programs that backup data automatically and where i can select specific folders to backup?

 

Can you do it in windows itself as well?

In Windows 10 go to settings > update & security > backup 

 

From there you can select what drive to use for backup and select which folders you want to backup. It's not fancy like Time Machine on macOS, but it's functional.

I knew something like that exists in windows, will try this one.
