Good Wireless In Ear Headphones

I purchased the Bose Soundsport Free for working out but it had terrible latency in all programs and devices (close to two seconds) so I have since returned them and am looking for a replacement. I have looked at others such as the Galaxy buds and Skullcandy Sesh however the samsungs appear to suffer from high latency too and the skull candy have less battery life and lower sound quality. I can't bear a wire sticking when I get sweaty so they must be true wireless with no or very little latency and water resistant. What would you suggest?
