Technically i dont know if its "hurting" the cat. But we factually know that physically hitting something is abuse.

This logic you are trying is just retarded.

You are trying to compared something thats factually known (physically hitting something) to something we cant know.

so when someone pats a horse thats physical abuse? and im just using the same logic you are using

So you think petting an animal is the same as punching it?

So when i hold my kids hand thats the same as choking them?

When i hug my kids thats the same as body slamming them?

Your logic is asinine.

My logic is that you cannot diagnose a cats psyche based off what the op said. Not every cat had the same personality traits, the same wants, etc.

You are trying to say that we cannot say its abuse when you punt a cat. Well we can. Because we know they feel pain. Now i cant tell you HOW much pain the cat will feel. Thats kinda up to the cats pain tolerance. But you are still kicking a cat.

Your logic has nothing to do with mine.

Why because humans feel pain when getting kicked? but cats are not humans so you cant use that

Uh... cats feel pain when getting kicked. Same with dogs or any other pet, physical abuse physically hurts. And just like people, it psychologically hurts too.

Yes I'm just applying what Ronnie is saying about psychological abuse to physical abuse to help him see his cognitive dissonance

But your not...

What is peychologically abuses to some is not to others.

In this context you are trying to claim that he is mentally abusing the cat by putting it in the bathroom. You have no evidence to support that. The cat might hate it the cat might love it. You dont know and you cant know. Not all cats even want affection.

All cats feel pain. So theres no argument that its not abuse to punt one.

Your logic is still asinine.

Well some enjoy feeling pain also so how do you know the cat isnt a masochist. And you never addressed how you know the cat is feeling pain from the kick because even you admit different animals have different pain tolerances

Yes he might have the first known cat thats into masochism. I mean if we are going to make very retarded stretches of the imagination maybe his cats also into being locked into small cages while being kicked around huh?

Great logic there.

Theres no point to keep this going if your going to come up with such bullshit.

*Parent punches child in the gut and then spits on him*

You: hey maybe that child cant feel pain. Maybe he asked the parent to do it.

Then why did you say

The cat might hate it the cat might love it. You dont know and you cant know.

Why when you are making the argument you think it's sound but when I say it you think it's stupid

When my cat tries to wake me up I just pull the covers over my head. It's stuffy and uncomfortable breathing but I got used to it.

When the owner is owned haha I love cats

Because a cat enjoying playing in a bathroom, or at the very least not being mentally scarred by being in a bathroom is sensibly plausible.

A cat who enjoys being punted in the gut is not.
