Epson WF2660 Printer, Vertical lines

Anomnomnomaly

Recently my printer started playing up, and it prints these vertical lines on everything it prints and I cannot stop it.

I've aligned the heads and I've cleaned the heads multiple times... I've tried every troubleshooting tip at least 4-5 times and it's made no difference... I've even tried printing in grayscale and it still prints them.

There's plenty of ink, it started before I changed the cartridges and I've got no clogged nozzles, printing the nozzle sheets gives you a perfect pattern... aside from these vertical lines. Which seem to be at the start/end of each line.

I wondered if it was the google docs program, so I've converted files to PDF, and it still does it... I've printed the status pages... same weird vertical lines.

Any ideas what to do next... I've been searching epsons help and they don't even list this kind of effect as a problem... wider google searches come up with zero information on this specific issue either.... It's like it doesn't exist outside of my printer.

See image for what I mean, ignore the black horizontal scribble, that's just obscuring the mac and serial numbers.
