My PC won't stay on it just flickers digital display code 00

Cpu: Intel Core i7 6700k @4.2ghz

Memory: Corsair Vengence LPX 2x8 GB sticks

Graphics: MSI GTX 1070 GAMING X

Motherbord: MAXIMUS IX HERO

SSD: SAMSUNG 860 EVO 1tb 

ive unplugged everything from motherboard took out CMOS battery and put back in  all fans and LED lights on motherboard work  sometimes I can get it to stay on but it won't have a display and the digital display says 00  most of the time it doesn't stay on just flickers

How's your PSU? 

 

Pull the CPU and see if you have any bent CPU pins.

I've tried a different PSU still does the same thing and I checked for bent pins and there's none that I could see

So after my pc not working for a month  were it just flickers on and off doesn't boot or stay on for even a second  I tried turning it on again today and it stayed on and made me update bios and reinstall every driver and Reinstall  windows And now it works as if nothing happened  it's done this a lot  idk what is causing it
