Window doesn't drag to 2nd monitor

When I try to drag my window, for example my chrome window, from my 1st or 2nd monitor to the other, it doesn't switch to the other monitor. Instead it tries to maximize like it does when you put a window on the edge of the monitor. I have my monitors set up correctly. This is what they look like.

Is there a way to eliminate this problem? Thanks.

you have to drag it quickly. If you go to slow, it will think you want it to stay in that window and try to snap it like you are seeing. Pull it faster and you should see it go.

I am still on 7 so the sdettings are not the same as 10, but in 7 there are some settings that control how the extra screens are used. That could effect dragging from one to the other.

Turn off sticky edges. And you have to use top part of monitor where the two have common edge. Otherwise you are trying to hit edge where there isn't anything at otherside.
