What backup solution can I use?

I am running a copy of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC as a home server.  I picked this version as it supports the ReFS file system.  My Plex storage is a stripped set of 3x3TB drives and my NAS is a mirrored set of 4TB drives.  I had a spare copy of Acronis.  I first set those up via Storage Spaces, only to find out that Acronis doesn't support that.  So I removed them from SS and created them the old fashioned way, as Dynamic Disks via Disk Management.  Well guess what, Acronis doesn't support Dynamic Disks either.  What backup solution can I get either for free or for a small charge that supports Dynamic Disk and/or SS backups as well as can setup multiple jobs, ie different backup tasks.  I tried Veeam, but their free tool only supports a single job.  Any other recommendations?

I don't think FreeFileSync cares if a disk is Basic or Dynamic but I haven't tried.

 

If your Windows distro supports WSL you could also try using RSYNC. It'd support local backups and backing up over SSH.

For Plex, a simple sync is fine.  But for the NAS, I want a version history, ie incremental, differential, full all with image compression.
