Is this a good price for this laptop

I was looking for a used gaming laptop and guy is asking $450cad haggled him down to $430cad but I am not sure if it is a good price or not.

can someone give me some input if i should buy or not

You'd be better off getting a new laptop with a Ryzen 3500U. They can be had for about $500, you'll get a quad-core processor, DDR4 RAM, an SSD and Vega 8 graphics will be much faster than 920MX.

there are some asus with a gtx 1050 for 500 brand new.
